For Pre-stressed structures, we produce tendon profile and detail drawings. We also prepare the necessary elongation calculations for the same. For pre-stressed structures to be efficient and to achieve the design intent, they must have the same profile that was envisaged in the design. CCS has developed inhouse programs to simulate the design profiles and thereby produce high quality shop drawings for the structure. This has a great effect in the elongation in the tendons. Firstly, this ensures that the theoretical elongation matches the actual elongation within allowable tolerances. This also ensures that the forces that are envisaged in the design are transferred accurately to the structure. This is very important for the stability, integrity and serviceability of the structure.

Modern bridges are constructed using specialised equipment with minimal impact on existing traffic and environment.
